The Committee
There are monthly meetings where all matters relating to the organisation and running of the club are discussed by the committee. Minutes of these meetings are available to full members on request.
There are 12 committee members who are elected by, and from, the wider membership of the club. They are a dedicated and hard working group who have accepted additional responsibilities, and who give up ther own free time to run the club for the benefit of everyone else. Please help them wherever possible to perform this vital role.
Once per year there is an AGM (Annual General Meeting), usually in April, where the committee present a summary of the year's activities. This is also your opportunity to vote for new committee members, and hence everyone is encouraged to attend.
